The Organizational Strategy group is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAIT's work force strategy. This includes an annually tracked comprehensive professional development plan for all employees. The Organizational Strategy group is also charged with enhancing employee engagement with the goal of recruiting, developing and retaining a talented staff. We also help to provide decision support for the SAIT leadership team through executive advising, research, and analysis.
